SKIN-IDENTICAL INGREDIENTS

Bioidentical ingredients: speak the language of the skin.

skin identical ingredients

There is a class of cosmetic ingredients we call skin-identical: the agents present in healthy skin and able to normalise it or affect its functions. With age and under the influence of various factors (stress, UV, disease or injury etc) the presence of certain elements in the skin can change, affecting biochemical reactions and cell interaction causing the appearance of signs of ageing.

The idea behind skin-identical ingredients is simple: apply to the skin the things that would normally be there but are currently insufficient, the skin will recognise these ingredients and use them to restore itself.

One of the big advantages of this approach is that bioidentical ingredients almost never cause allergic reactions.
