First priority of skin care during the course of Roaccutane treatment is a safety. We wouldn’t recommend use any exfoliants or peels. One of Roaccutane’s effects is the acceleration of epidermal renewal, so there is no need in extra exfoliation. It can even be unsafe, because in the course of Roaccutane therapy many patients develop retinoid dermatitis rendering even a micro-injury dangerous.

If your skin becomes sensitive or dry we recommend using a special serum based on Centella Asiatica extract to reduce side effects of Roaccutane treatment.
