The extract of noni plant stem cells helps break the communication between bacteria C. acnes, a common acne culprit, preventing the formation of acne biofilm thanks to the anti-quorum sensing molecules. Noni cells are also able to suppress inflammation and reduce skin sensitivity. To make them even more effective against the overgrowth of C. acnes, we teach them to recognise the bacteria by treating their membranes with fragments of C. acnes. Kimchi probiotics, lactic bacteria used for the biofermentation of Kimchi cabbage, help restore healthy microbiome in the skin affected with acne. Probiotics suppress inflammation, restore natural water retaining properties, act as a natural moisturiser and help slightly lighten the skin. Niacinamide (4%) or vitamin B3 has been scientifically proven to be more effective against acne than antibiotics without the side effects and with the added benefits of improving microcirculation and skin texture. Niacinamide is a skin-identical ingredient, meaning that it is naturally present in our body and skin and is not known to cause allergic reactions. Dexpanthenol or vitamin B5 accelerates healing and recovery, restores the natural skin barrier and its water retaining properties. Most importantly, vitamin B5 helps restore healthy hormonal balance in the skin, while being a natural skin identical ingredient with no known side effects.
