How it Works

Derma-Fill Prebiotic Moisturising Cream is a universal solution specially developed to moisturise the skin and protect it from polluted air and water. Hyaluronic acid increases the skin’s elasticity, moisturises, fills the skin and prevents water loss. BioEcolia® restores the skin’s natural healthy and balanced microbiome strengthening the skin’s defence against all kinds of harm. Algae extract detoxifies, moisturises and softens the skin replenishing its essential mineral and vitamin reserves. Algae can firm up and renew the tissue while also suppressing inflammation and leaving the skin soft, supple and even.

AQUA (WATER), DIMETHICONE, ACRYLAMIDE/SODIUM ACRYLOYLDIMETHYLTAURATE COPOLYMER, ALPHA-GLUCAN OLIGOSACCHARIDE, PHENOXYETHANOL, ISOHEXADECANE, POLYVINYL ALCOHOL, POLYSORBATE 80, HYDROLYZED HYALURONIC ACID, SORBITAN OLEATE, ALGAE EXTRACT, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, TROPOLONE, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN.

How to Use

Wash your face and use serum as usual. If you’re using any of Meder Beauty Science targeted care, apply concentrate and mask before Derma-Fill, too. Apply a small amount of Derma-Fill Cream to the face, massage lightly until fully absorbed. Use daily, morning and evening. Derma-Fill can be reapplied up to 4-6 times throughout the day, if necessary. Follow with Meder Beauty Science cream. Derma-Fill Cream is essential during hot season, after sun exposure, during air travel, in times of stress and when healing after skin damage. Highly recommended if you spend several hours a day in an air-conditioned premises.
IMPORTANT! When the air humidity level is low (i.e. in winter, in air-conditioned or heated rooms, in dry & hot climate zones, etc) it is essential to use day cream after Derma-Fill, because in the dry air hyaluronic acid may increase water loss!

How it Works

Hydrolysed Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a polysaccharide and a compound that occurs naturally in every tissue of the body, with the highest concentrations occurring in tissues such as skin, cartilage and eyes. Providing protection to cell structures, HA is the natural gel between skin cells that serves as a water reservoir for the cells. As we age, skin loses hyaluronic acid and the ability to hold sufficient water in this reservoir. Feeding new hyaluronic acid to skin may help hydrate skin’s intercellular reservoir, raising skin’s moisture level, and smoothing down age lines.

Topically, Hyaluronic Acid has water storing properties, making it an ideal swelling agent and lubricant, enabling its incorporation into cosmetics leading to a perceptible and visible improvement of skin condition. In use, it forms a thin transparent visco elastic surface film that helps to preserve the characteristics of youthful and healthy skin: suppleness, elasticity and tone.

Bioecolia (Alpha-glucan oligosaccharide)

BIOECOLIA® is an oligosaccharide obtained by enzymatic synthesis from natural sugars (sucrose and maltose). By virtue of the specificity of its inter-sugar links, BioEcolia® is a unique substrate for the development of the skin’s saprophytic flora to the detriment of undesirable opportunistic flora, pathogenic or not, that are ready to invade the skin at the least sign of imbalance. BioEcolia® rebalances, maintains and even stimulates the skin’s Ecoflora considered to be the body’s first line of defence against external attack.

Algae Extract

Algae, commonly referred to as “seaweed,” conditions, hydrates, softens and detoxifies the skin, all while replenishing essential vitamins and minerals. Rich in antioxidants, algae also helps to protect skin against free radical damage and prevents the formation of an enzyme that causes the deprivation of collagen.

Recent studies show that algae extract is rich in a compound called Alguronic Acid, shown toincrease cell regeneration and the synthesis of elastin. Algae is also full of enzymes, chlorophyll, amino acids, nucleic acids, fatty acids, and DHA. Amino acids in algae firm and renew tissue while the fatty acids fight against inflammation, leaving the skin even, soft and supple.
