The promoter is: Meder Beauty International Ltd (company No: 08880011) whose registered office is at 40 Spectrum House, 32-34 Gordon House Road, London, NW51LP.

1. The giveaway is open worldwide to people aged 18 years or over except employees of Meder Beauty International Ltd and all affiliated companies, including distribution companies, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. If multiple entries are made only the first will count as a valid entry.
6. Closing date for entries of each giveaway will be stated on the entry post. After the date stated on each giveaway post no further entries to that giveaway will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

• 1) Follow the Meder Beauty Instagram account or Like the Meder Beauty Facebook page.
• 2) Like the entry post.
• 3) Tag a friend in the comment section of the entry post.
• 4) The winner will be contacted the day after the giveaway closes, as stated on the entry post via the social media platform they used the enter the giveaway.
• 5) There will be one winner for every giveaway across Instagram and Facebook.

9. Meder Beauty reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
10. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Meder Beauty.
11. The prize is as follows:

• Giveaway 1: 1 x Derma-Fill Prebiotic Moisturising Cream
• Giveaway 2: 1 x pack of 5 Meder Beauty sheet masks of the winner’s choice, 1 x pack of 5 Meder Beauty sheet mask of the winner’s choice for a friend
• Giveaway 3: A 3 step Meder Beauty skincare routine, consisting of 1 x cleansing mask, 1 x antioxidant serum, 1 x daily face cream. The winner will be able to choose based on skin sensitivity and skin type.
• Giveaway 4: A complete Meder Beauty routine, 1 product from those labelled 1-8. The winner will get a choice of products labelled, 1,3,4,5,7. All other products will be selected by the Meder Beauty team.

9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
10. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Winner will be chosen by random computer generated program.
12. The winner will be notified by a message via the social media platform they used to enter the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Meder Beauty will send the prize to the winner via courier service within 5 working days from receiving the winner’s delivery information. The delivery time is subject to the workings of the delivery service and the winner’s location and is not Meder Beauty’s responsibility.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
